Shape Future Trainings. Share the Cost.
Many training needs are shared across institutions—but budgets don’t always allow for custom, single-campus workshops.
C-Squared Learning Collaborative offers a Community Workshop Model: practitioner-suggested trainings that are scheduled once there is demonstrated cross-institution interest. When multiple programs express interest in the same topic, the workshop is scheduled and registration is opened broadly—allowing costs to be distributed across participating institutions.
This model keeps training practical, relevant, and financially accessible.
How It Works
- Submit a Topic
- Tell us what challenge your team is facing or what professional development would be most valuable right now.
- Interest Is Assessed
- If the topic reflects a common need across programs, it moves forward for scheduling.
- Workshop Is Scheduled
- Format, scope, and pricing are finalized. Registration opens across institutions.
- Early Access for Suggesters
- Individuals who submit topics receive early notification and priority registration.
What Makes This Different
- Shared-cost model across institutions
- Designed specifically for TRIO and education access professionals
- Practical tools and deliverables—not just theory
- Clear flat-fee or per-seat pricing once scheduled
- No obligation to attend if you submit a topic
Ideal Topics Might Include
- Documentation & data quality systems
- Preparing for APR submission
- Staff supervision & leadership in TRIO programs
- Risk management when working with minors
- Building SOPs that actually get used
- Continuous improvement strategies for directors
- Using data to guide programming decisions
If you don’t see your topic listed, submit it anyway.
Important Notes
Submitting a topic does not guarantee it will be scheduled.
Topics are prioritized based on:
- Demonstrated cross-institution interest
- Alignment with current regulatory or implementation needs
- Capacity within the training calendar
If a topic is selected, full details—including format, pricing, and deliverables—will be shared before registration opens.
